The United States of America is a nation led by George W. Bush. The nation has seen a wave of paranoia as the Y2K war started after Soviet forces attempted an invasion of New York and nearly suceeded, causing the World Trade Centre facilities as well as multiple surrounding buildings to collapse as fighter jets shot each other down and crashed during the air skirmish. The nation has a sizeable army, being the most influental nation in NATO but has seen heavy internal conflict over the two party system, with Republicans and Democrats threatening a potential civil conflict at any moment.
