Japanese Administration of Taiwan

The Japanese Administration of Taiwan is a vassal state led by the Japanese government. The state, formerly known as the Republic of China was established after the Chinese invasion of Taiwan. Japan would intervene, annexing Taiwan to prevent China taking the island. The annexation would only be a partial success as China has held out across central and western Taiwan.
