The Republic of China (Taiwan) is a former state proceeded by the Japanese Administration of Taiwan. In Q3 1999, The People's Union of China would invade Taiwan, leading to Japan annexing Taiwan in an attempt to stop the Chinese invasion. This would be at a variable success.
